This is a photo of KL, not Melaka. Have been here two days checking out the Muesums and history here. Really is a fascinating place. Has been controlled by the Portguese, Ducth, British and the Japenese. Walking around the historical square you could easily mistake it for somewhere like Amsterdam with the red buildings and flowers everywhere. Sitting in a restaurant you could easily be somewhere in India, as there are so many Indians here (Due to Britain encouraging Indian people to come here for work when Melaka was under British control). (Had the best Mutton Curry ever today...getting used to eating with my right hand too). I head back to KL tomorrow, and fly to Bali on Tuesday!
