Spent the rest of the week in Sarnia in a very relaxed manner, the only taxing day being Thursday, when we decided to cross the border to do some shopping (for one thing to buy some T-shirts for Stu as he managed to only bring 2!) However, American customs had other ideas, pulling us aside after a one hour queue to go through the formality (although quite hostily) of filling and paying for Visa Waivers. This ordeal over some good shopping was had, and we spent the evening in a wonderful restaurant in Sarnia called Olives, where Stu risked a huge mound of curried pineapple pasta and mel had a salmon in lobster sauce. Very much appreciated was the food and the company, as we were joined by the extended family, Bill Sandy, JM, Jack, Bronwen, Andrew and the 6 of us. Spend Saturday with a brief visit to London Ontario and had a walk by the Thames, just to say we had before heading South again. This time we popped into Toronto just in time for the Caribbean Festival, but still managed to spend a nice couple of hours on the water front by the police boats! Lots of love, Stu and Mel
