Bonjour! We are back in France, spending the next to nights in nice Nice!
Today was another drive day, and quite a drive at that! We were amazed by the white blanket covering Lucerne and most of Switzerland as we left their breathtaking country. We entered Italy for a few hours where we were met with sunshine. As we hit the Mediterranean Sea we followed a curved, cobbled road through the expensive real estate on the cliffs of Monoco - the second smallest country in the world.
Shortly after, we arrived here in Nice. Our room is not so 'nice' (single beds and a gorgeous 70's blue bathroom with a bidet) but I guess we won't be spending much time there anyway! We left immediately to take photos of the Mediterranean sunset. Stunning! To top it off, we are now having a pint at a sports bar, sitting in car bucket seats, using mag coffee tables and watching bobsledding on a projector! This day is up there with the day Scott had steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
