California Adventure
Today we all woke up early to catch a shuttle bus to go to Disney's California Adventure.
We had breakfast, and at 9:30 we walked to the front of the main building where the bus was already waiting for us. About 10 mins later we were there and ready to go. We walked through the front entrance and we did not know where to start but we went straght to Hollywood Pictures Backlot {its a land in disneyland}. Mum said to go to the Muppet Vision 3-D so we did. It was great! We got a tour in the Muppet Studios on TV and we were like the only people there. We then went to PLAY HOUSE DISNEY and saw most of the Walt Disney charcters and lots of new ones. We walked across the street to the Monsters Inc. ride that goes through the movie of it. Then we walked back across the road to the sorcerers workshop which had all the princesses stories and disney charcters and how they were made. Dad said to go and walk around so we did... 5mins later we saw our first disney california charcter GOOFY! He was dressed as a pilot and had a plane in the background. We got a picture with him and then walked on. We all stopped for a High School Musical Peformence and ate lunch. We decided to go and look in A BUG LAND and saw CHIP N DALE and DONALD DUCK. While we were taking our picture with Donald, Mickey Mouse walked up and Mum turned to take his picture. Donald got mad at Mum for paying more attention to Mickey! We took a separate photo each and then walked out of A BUG LAND. Dad and I wanted to go on the huge rollercoster but we went on a carousel first. The rollercoster was so fast that it took your breath away. IT WAS AWESOME!!! After that, we went on a mickey mouse fun wheel that rocked from side to side. The boys went on a mini rollercoster that was very jerky and quite fast. Emma wanted to go on a ride so we went the jumping jellyfish ride. We then quicky went to the Grizzly River Run ride that got us really wet (Dad got the wetest). We all went on this Hang Gliding flight -"Soarin' over California" that was remarkable! (It was simulated). Half of us went on the rollercoster again and the rest went on Midway Mania which was a ride where you shoot targets. Then we looked in some shops and went home. That was our trip to Disney's California Adventure!
