The storm continued well into the night and when we get up bedraggled tenters are mopping up and wringing out their kit. The original plan was to walk/bike into Rab town and stay a second night, but Stalagluft 97 is so unwelcoming and over priced we will now check out, park in town and drive on after our visit. Ali wakes after a long night's sleep, fit and hungry. Before we leave Ali + Grete visit the little vegetable stall opposite the campsite, just the other side of the fence from our pitches. Checking out this morning was done with the same informality as yesterday, no paperwork, €15 paid cash and bye-bye. We drive to Zadar and after a trip around the block we find parking on the waterfront, which is free on Sundays.
