Got up early and Kevin drove us to Florence. Dropped us at top of hill overlooking city, big bronze statue of David. Walked down to city. Had guided tour of leather workshop, Mark got a good deal on a leather jacket. Then guided walking tour of main city sites, good guide - very knowledgeable. Had Lampradotto for lunch, 4th stomach of cow, in a bun, Debbie had salami and cheese instead. Had best gellato ever down a wee side street. Then free time to wander around, went to Leonardo's and Gallelio's Museum's which were good and well laid out - more importantly they were air conditioned. Met for a group dinner for a real Italian meal, was good.
