It was an early rise this morning at 6.15am as we were booked onto the Death Road Bike Tour with a tour company called Baracuda. As I have been suffering with a pretty bad allergy to feathers, which they seem to have in all South American pillows, Beth had to kick me out of bed at 6.45am to make sure we were on time for the bus. We arrived in La Paz on Tuesday morning at about 8am. To be fair, the bus ride from Sucre wasn't too bad and went over fairly quickly with the typical lack of sleep. One of the strange things we have found about Bolivian buses is that they let random people on even though there are no seats left.
