Have decided premium Economy is the way to fly Great flight and got some sleep and ad a frankfurt and beer for lunch
A second day in Frankfurt started with frustration in that it took 2 hours to sort out a data connection on my phone However it rapidly improved when we started our walking tour It turned out we were his only customers so it was a personalized tour The guide was an American who has lived here for 10 years (ex Army) He enlightened us on German history and we walked about 7 kilometres where he pointed out many features of the city
Yesterday was recovery day having arrived at about 6 in the morning We were lucky enough to get into our room early and did a bit of exploring as well as book our trains that we need for the rest of our trip Frankfurt suffered greatly during the bombing in the war but there is enough of unique architecture to make it an interesting city Although a little weary we sought out a rec restaurant( Zum Baren) and feasted on Frankfurt food, The hotel we are staying in is 4 km out of the main city area but an excellent tram system makes getting around very easy
Last night it was the Deuf Schneider and another filling meal topped off with some Applewein which is a Frankfurt specialty May soon be looking for an alternative to pork
Clogs on and off to Amsterdam

Jenny Glad you are there safely and have worked out the technology.
Anita and John Sounds great, we have a photo taken in the exactly same spot, did you eat in any of the pubs up behind you? You will be over the 100 ways to eat pork by the time you leave! Judd got 4 weeks for his chicken wing tackle.... and so he should have. Love Anita and John xx

Also a bit of action in our old street in Salisbury Park today, some fella on the run involved in a car accident with police, no one was hurt. Speak to you soon. Enjoy.. Nige & Annette
