The weather was still looking a bit dodgy so rather than taking a day trip we thought we would wander past the old MMAF down to Marble Mountain to grab a few tourist trinkets. The only thing we have planned for Christmas Day is the beach BBQ in the evening. Had a very quiet day at the pool, then wandering down the road for a few drinks at a beach bar. Went for a stroll along the beach first thing in the morning. Black clouds rolling in over Monkey Mountain, doesn't look good. The plan was to do couple of tours around Da Nang so we opted to organise our own transport. We negotiated a taxi to take us to 3 locations and that came to a total price of 500,000 Vietnamese dong or about $30. The first stop was Son Tri Mountain or Monkey Mountain.
