Saturday 13th May We had Face Time with Belinda, Arna & Gary this morning, an early Mother's Day surprise. We then headed over to the Busselton Jetty to do the train ride out to the end of the jetty. Friday 12th May - Cape Leeuwin Left early for a trip out to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and Augusta. Weather is fine, but storms are predicated by the weekend. Temperature is the same as Kiama but much cooler nights. We stopped for morning coffee at Cowaramup, and true to it's name, there were cows everywhere. Statutes that is. Wednesday 10th May We had a very wet night last night, and woke to a wet and drizzly morning. But we had a lovely drive through Walpole and Nornalup. There was an avenue of beautiful tall Tingle trees, which this area is famous for, but we had rain most of the way. We drove through about six National Parks. Monday 8th May 20178 Driving between the Anzac Memorial Centre and The Whaling Station, was an absolutely stunning area in the Torndirrup National Park, called The Gap, which was just awesome. Lookouts at both the Gap and natural Bridge provide outstanding views of the Southern Ocean and the coast from Bald Head to West Cape Howe.
