Hi all,

Well Halloween was really good, though I was the most unoriginally dressed person from our dorm (I did go as a cat!), however not many dressed up, so I still felt like I had made an effort! Others dressed as a Thai boxer, a cowgirl, an apache Indian and many had different war wounds over their bodies. (Gullible me screamed in horror at a girl who had a patch and blood from her eye!!!)

It was a very eventful night, though too many buckets were consumed by all. I lost my favourite black flip flops in the sand, whilst I was dancing...bummer! Still the rate I was going in Koh Phang Nan it was obvious I wouldn't have them for long!

Next day I spent relaxing on the beach and met a couple of Norwegian guys, who were really nice so I spent the afternoon with them and then we had a pizza in the evening together.

An early night called (and my feet are really swollen - probably carrying too much beer in them!), so I went to bed around 10. Funnily the dorm was really packed at that time - hangovers must have been had by all!

The next day I meet the Norwegian guys, Thomas and Tommy, a guy called Vienna and a girl, Alex from my dorm and we hired a longtail boat for 4 hours. We went to Mae Had again, where the beach was filmed, but this time I walked along the sand ( I think I could see myself in The Beach 2!) We went snorkeling around Phi Phi Lay some more, then the drivers, Ni and Peter took us to Shark Point, where Black Tip's swim. I was rather concerned about this at first and stayed in the boat, until Ni convinced me that Black Tips didn't eat people unless they were really hungry! I eventually got in the water, but stayed quite close to the boat. There are so many fish in the water and they swim really close to you, which is really cool. I thankfully didn't see a shark though Thomas did.

My last night on Phi Phi was spent mainly at the Reggae Bar, though this was awful as they hosted a wet t-shirt comp (how Ibiza!) All the boys enjoyed it though and several had their video cameras recording the event. I left and spent the end of the night (early morning) in Hippies with some people from the dorm.

PS my legs are getting worse....loads of my bites have blistered - yuk - so I'm going to seek out a doctor on Koh Lanta.
