Well we said goodbye to our friends last night with a Thai dinner on bribie...really nice time. Got up this morning and cleaned floors after jaylo visiting...then went to lyn and Stans to say farewell and pick up umbrella....back to pack and at noon Keith and chris came for coffee and goodbyes....lyn picked us up at 1:30 and we got to airport to find flight delayed one hour....so hung around till 6:30 playing crib in pub when it finally left...long flight...not much sleep...no movies as you had to buy them... Same day...Friday...arrived honolulu at 7:30am...then walked to inter island airport and had to wait till 11:00 to get flight...we were hardly awake but managed it....then bus to get rental car with 5,000 others...a long process when tired and hot! Then tried to drive a hybrid car on wrong side of road in foreign country when both cranky and tired...how we managed to get there I don't know... But arrive at 1:30 we did and checked into room and straight to lunch as we had not eaten for 12 hours....lovely restaurant overlooking beach and our resort....so nice we went home to sleep and woke up and had dinner there Momentis day....lasted 48 hours I think with international time line and all
