This morning was pretty cruise...just sailing down the Danube and admiring the Bavarian coast. I went to gym in morning as well. Fred did the afternoon tour of Regensburg while I did the 24 km bike ride to the Walhalla Temple...the bike ride was easy but the 250 steps up to the temple was not so easy! King Richard built this temple....looks like a replica of the Greek apocolis.....full of busts of people the Germans thought famous....artists, musicians, medical doctors, etc....I recognised a very few....Mozart, Einstein, We learned all about sausages today...and at 11am were served them Bavarian style...needless to say we didn't need lunch after that...but many people did.....this river cruising should be called an eating machine...food is given to you breakfast, mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon, dinner and again finally at 10:30 pm every day! In the evening we had a sixties party which went off very well....pianist said it was the best he has ever seen on our ship...had a blast!
