And the problem is that it is way too hot here. Luckily our hotel has a pool because we had to swim late at night to cool down. We went to NASA and I went on a simulator that took you to outer space and near black holes. There was an angry birds spa area with lots of stuff like testing gravity and steering the Mars rovers. They weren't actually on Mars though. The myth busters exhibition was explosive! There were so many experiments. My favourite was the huff and puff one where my house did not blow down in the wind machine. I also had super fast reaction on the dodge a bullet one, I dodged it and scored 0.09 seconds which was faster than any one else when I was there. It wasn't an actual bullet but at least it it was I would have lived. We saw more space stuff than I can write about but maybe I will tell you about it sometime. I think Houston is hot, and cool, at the same time. Daniel The problem is that it hot. Like really, really hot. And our hotel's air con is really cold, which is not nice either. Today we went to the Johnson Space Center! There is so much to see, it is hard to describe. We got to go in the plane which took space shuttles to get ready for launch. It actually piggy backs the shuttle. We took a tram tour around the whole complex, where we saw a life size mock up of the ISS (international space station) Just saying, this was in a mock up facility, so we saw some other things too, like robonauts which are so advanced that they can turn a page of a book wihout ripping it! We toured througn the place where the real astronauts do their training. We also went and saw the Saturn V, which was taken apart into the bits that would've broken off if it had gone to space, which it didn't. After the tour, I managed to get mum to go on a simulator with me. It was an interactive ride, where you had to steer, and I was steering... we spent most of the ride upside down, or barrel rolling... but I have to say a real plane is easier to fly. It was great fun and a highlight for both of us!
