Our last day in Amsterdam :(

We had breakfast at the house and then cycled to the Rijksmuseum. It was full of dutch history including costumes, models of ships, sculptures, paintings and pottery. It reminded me of the Louvre. We met Emma and Tony outside afterwards in front of the I Amsterdam sign. It was really sunny and a swing band started playing in front of us. A black labrador was chasing a duck around the massive pond which was very entertaining!

We then returned our bikes, which I had become fond of and headed to the pancake bakery for lunch. I had a ham, mushroom and cheese pancake.

We then headed to the airport. We have already started planning our next trip with Emma and Tony and have decided we are all going to put a city we liked to visit into a hat and we will pick that way to help us decide! A shortlist will be complete by christmas! Cant wait already!
