Moving onto the farm!
Now at rosedale farm this evening. I left outrim(outside dunedin) where ive been staying the last 10 or so days, it's been a great place to stay. Driving sout through gore invercargall today and then south to a town called bluff right at the south of the south island, not quite the most southern tip but almost. So back to the coastle apeareance, however Bluff on a clear day has amazing view accross to stewart island i am lead to believe;however unfortunatley i was unlucky to be arriving in bluff met by extreme winds and rain. How ever i made it there and discovered just how far from home i was, there is a sign with the distances to big cities and to areas in the world, saddle scotland didnt apear but london was on there!
It seems strange mooving on again but very happy, ive seen and done so much already as ive made my way down the east coast, and continueing to meet new people along the way.
I will give you a small insight into the plans over the next week and blogs to look out for coming up; so i will be spending the next few days hear at rosedale farm, a 1500 acre farm with ALOT of sheep, so i will just be getting stuck into farm work for the next few days up untill thursday.
Now from thursday i make my way to fiordland :), one place that i have looked forward to since the wheels touched town at christchurch aiprot! Doubtful sound is my first stop, then hopefully i will be seeing the famouse milford sound, te anue witch has a cave with glow worms ;)!!! So fingers crossed i will be reporting on my views of these incredable formations. From there its the tour up the west coast....and hopfully my first sights of glaciers is to come! Just an insight into hopefully what i will be up to between now and the middle of march!
let the l.m adventures continue into this beatuful country!!
