Saturday. I woke up really early as I couldn't sleep. We had to take our bikes back before we did anything then headed back to 'Tony's Place' to sort out our plans, and to help Lauren with hers. Lauren is staying in Thailand on her own and hopefully meeting up with some people she has already met along the way. We had some pancakes and a strawberry yogurt drink whilst we went through everything. Once we had finished we decided to spend the afternoon at the Floating market. It's as it sounds, a big market on a pier above the water, and we got on a boat which takes you round and you can see all the stands. It was really pretty. We got off the boat and then walked around the stalls and kept looking over at a show they had going on in the middle, but never made it across to see it properly. It was really busy and really hot. It was nice to walk around and have a look without getting pulled in to buy things too. I stopped to eat some fried chicken and rice because I felt light headed, and still can't believe how cheap most things are here. I paid about 55p (30TBH) and it tasted as good as something I would eat at home. After a few hours, we found our Tuk Tuk driver who had been driving us around all day, and he took us back to our hostel. We all decided to have a night in with a takeaway pizza, so ordered some food from a local company. We were all really tired, and had a long day of travelling ahead of us in the morning. I also just didn't feel up to doing much with so much on mind about back home. We sat in the reception area and shared pizza, garlic bread and BBQ chicken wings between us all. We went off and showered and changed in to our pyjamas then all piled in to Kirsty and Nick's room and watched 'Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince', which was actually on TV, in English! They had two twin beds pushed together in their room, so we could all squash on with our blankets and pillows, and they also had air con which me and Lauren didn't. We were laughing at Nick being dragged in to our "Girls night in" plans but I think he secretly enjoyed it. When myself and Lauren went to go to bed, our room was so hot as we only had a ceiling fan. The next thing we know the whole place had a power cut so we were sat in the darkness, and then just as we think it couldn't get any worse, we notice the fan has obviously also turned off. We had to laugh or we would cry but there was no way we could have slept in there with that heat, it was like a sweat box. Luckily after about 15 minutes, which definitely felt longer, the power came back on. Lauren even cheered! We watched the end of the film and went to sleep.
