Day 84 - 1st Apr

Day was spent pretty much just sorting ourselves out ready to go sailing that night. We are going out on the Whitsunday's sailing for 3 nights and 3 days on the Anaconda III boat. We hung out a bit with Angie at her hostel, but she wasn't coming with us on the boat so we had to do some errands she didn't have to worry about. She is heading up to Townsville while we sail. We went down to the dock for 7pm to meet the boat, turns out that the Germans from Fraser island are on the boat with us too, so we already know some people on the boat. Boat is really nice, we have a cute little cabin for the 3 of us, had a little info briefing when we first got on, and were issued with our stinger suits for when we snorkel. In the first couple of hours we sailed up to a place called Hooks Passage where we moored for the night. First night was a pretty quiet one, everyone had dinner, chatted a bit with the people on the boat, and everyone seems really nice and was good to chat with the Germans.
