Hello everybody! Had a fun filled day today! Had the nicest ice cream milk shake, met a man who gave us a free tour. He was a radiologist! He didnt nick anything of ours and took us to the biggest sikh temple in Delhi. We were the only tourists there and it was prayer time! Hi there, Linda here. We've arrived in Delhi and it's all a bit mad here to say the least. I believe there is only one traffic rule here: THERE ARE NO RULES!. Very frightening at times. But it's all very exiting. The hotel is ok. We're staying at hotel Ajanta. The staff are a bit pushy about selling tours but we can't do that anyway since we're off to Rashis wedding on the 12th. Hello, arrived safely, picked up at the airport and hotel is nice. Had a few hours kip and are now off out to try and book delhi city tour for tomorrow. The journey from the airport would have had mother screaming! lins grip on my hand was at times excrutiating!!! they drive like mad men and honk their horns all the time!!! 3 official lanes of traffic but about 6 lanes used!!!
