Well we finally arrived in paradise (with a very poorly, sea sick and hungover jolo!!) and discovered that it was a very steep incline down a cliff edge!! We survived-just-and then realised we had to get back up it!!! The bungalows were right on the beach which was amazing and we met some lovely people which we adopted as a temporary mum, dad, aunt and uncle- it was nice to feel looked after.
Then it was time to party!! we had a chilled afternoon then discovred a full moon warm up pool party. When we arrived, we had the choice between a safe taxi journey through the jungle-or another bucket of alcohol! As you probably guessed what was supposed to be a civilised night to suss out the area, turned into an all night pool and sea rave. Again we hitchhyked home! Panda experienced her first golden shower as Tom lost bladder control on the pool edge!!!
The next day was spent chilling and recovering for the actual Full Moon!!
The day finally arrived! After watching the most beautiful sunset and moonrise on the island, we had UV paints at the ready and spent a few drunken hours applying it wherever we could!! (some people are still trying to remove it!!) The hostel supplied ample amounts of tequila and apple vodka which resulted in 16 fully grown adults in one jeep.
THE FULL MOON-(before we begin the night we should warn you that one of our adopted cousins didn't even make it to beach after he pooed himself!!!)
Anyway we all got there safe and sound and got in the first of many buckets. (these consisted of a whole bottle of alcohol, a bottle of redbull and a can of soft drink) Hence the party was absolutely SAVAGE!!
As we danced the night away with flame throwers, flaming limbo, flaming skipping and thai boxing, we worked our way along the beach meeting people from along the way at every stop! As the night wore on the toilets faded and the sea became the only option (cue a few accidents). As people began to flake, jordan and tom saw the sunrise and tried (yet again) tried to hijack a water taxi-which was actually a private sail boat. Tom managed to loose his shoes and sunglasses but cleverly came home with a new (odd!!!) pair of flipflops. Jordan took home a present for jolo-a very screwed up and wet playing card (6 of hearts). Jolo didn't appreciate it when Jordan gave it to her paraletic at half past seven in the morning!! Cue hangovers the next day! Jordan got sent back to bed at half one for being too drunk, and Tom arose at four for "breakfast".
We had a lovely last day with the "family" and prepared to leave for Phuket the next day. Miss you all love you loads xx
