On our way to Napa for some wine tasting, we crossed the GGBridge and stopped at the vista point to take this selfie. The San Francisco roads are atrocious full of potholes and worn out sections. I don't think the SF road builders know how to lay a flat road!!!!!!!

In Napa the wine producing region where there are over 900 vineyards plus other grape growers. We had a wine tasting session today in the General Store. Bottles ranged from $30 to $100 I didn't rate any of the 5 I tried including the $100/ bottle of red Cabernet Sauvignon. And the session cost $20 each and didn't even get anywhere near a full glass. Back at the van now drinking Barefoot Merlot at $12 for a 1.5 litre bottle. Result!

Went to the mission district to meet Annas ex colleague Emily and her husband Luke. They live in an uber modern apartment conversion from a parking garage. We went for a super meal $180ish. Luke is super fit and enters the iron man contests. I introduced him to geocaching. That'll slow him down some! Emily and Luke were the perfect Hosts! Thanks!

Went aboard a submarine off fishermans wharf. I'm glad I didn't have to live on one. Sooo cramped and head unfriendly. Also went in a penny arcade that had all the antique machines. I saw what the belly dancer did when off duty! And some artistic old photo poses. Quaint.
