hello everyone!
We have had a very tiring day, we went on a day tour to Phang nga bay, which has 68 islands, one of which is "james bond island!". Supposedly its where they filmed 'the man with the golden gun'. After a longtail boat ride through the mangrove forest, we stopped off and walked around james bond island, and got some good photos. Then we went sea canoeing which was great. The canoe tour went around the cliffs, and into some caves, for some of which you had to lie flat to squeeze under the rocks. In the afternoon, we went to monkey cave, which was crazy! Monkeys everywhere! We bought some bananas to give to them, not realising that they would all swarm in! They would jump down from the trees onto your shoulder to get one.

On saturday we had a really long day travelling. The ferry went so quickly because we slept the whole way. But then when we arrive at the place to catch the bus, they had overbooked by 2 people, so ally and i had to wait 3 hours for the next one. We eventually arrived at Krabi at 10pm. On sunday, we just chilled and explored the area. It is very different to the east coast, with spectular cliffs and rock islands. We decided to go for a walk along the beach yesterday, and at the end were loads of monkeys on beach and swinging from the trees. They seemed pretty timid, and not scared away by people.

We leave tomorrow at 6am! We are getting a bus to Hat Yai (4 hours), to catch the train to Malaysia. So it will be 'bye bye thailand'! Looking forward to seeing how the 2 countries compare.
