Sometimes you get lucky. On our Milan - Hong Kong flight we enjoyed the luxury of extra space in premium economy seats. It was heavenly and the time went by painlessly. Before we knew it we were disembarking for the next 5 hour transit at Hong Kong Airport where we managed to nab some reclining lounges for some much needed napping. Back to cattle class for the final leg, but we made it safely home, bleary eyed after a good dose of many movies and much good food....

Yes folks, my feet are itchy, my bags are packed and I am ready for another adventure. This time I am off in a different direction. Countdown is down to a couple of days and then I will be winging it to Seattle ready to join a cruise to Alaska, another cruise through the Panama Canal and then some stop off time in New York and Las Vagas before heading home. So looking forward to this five week journey with my husband and our good friends, Frank and Helen.

Home may be where the heart is, but even hearts need holidays.
