Early start and Lara and Claudia were still asleep whilst we were all on the bus = speed packing! Travel day from hell, several buses, long wait at the border and a very suspect 'ferry'. We finally arrived in La Paz, Bolivia, and had our last meal with Edith. She had given us all postcards to pass around the group for everyone to write goodbye wishes to each other, which she then handed out over dinner and spoke some kind words about us all. She had been a great guide through Peru!
That night the second leg of the tour ended so we had to say bye to Ellen, Katie, Marcus and Neils. Ellen had been with us since Quito and was so nice, I'm really going to miss her!
