Feeling a bit sore after the mountain biking we had a quite day. Cable car in the morning to see over the city and market shopping in the afternoon. There was a large protest of minors going on through the city causing huge traffic delays as the didn't officially close any of the roads - apparently this is normal for Bolivia- they like to protest and party!
Nicole and I went for a massage- 80bob for an hour (£8) - good masseuse but her crying child and Spanish TV was not so relaxing. She gave us an extra 15 mins which was great but then meant we had to sprint up the hill back to the hotel to catch our bus. Night bus to Sucre.
