This blog is for 19th (Friday).. There isn't much exciting news to update you on today... We went to Burnaby, outside of Downtown to look at a Mazda MPV that looked promising.. We liked the car, it had good mileage and was in good condition, despite having marks where it had been broken into under the front door handles. Jacob took it for a test drive and it drove well but we decided not to go for it as the dealer seemed a bit shady.. instantly dropping the price of it before we even talked numbers, and also made me start to wonder if it was him that stole the vehicle.. I'm sure it wasn't but he made it difficult to like him and his car..

It was a long walk to find somewhere to get cash from after that to get a taxi back to our apartment. We grabbed a starbucks panini on the way. The panini's are very different here, more like a flatbread, but they're still good. We looked in a mountain shops on the way too and some crazy guys tried to make banter with us which was awkward.

When we got back, the girl that we're in touch with about her car called to see if we wanted to test drive it, so we agreed. She came to our block and Jacob drove it through Stanley Park which was a nice drive.. The car was pretty decent but a little rusty in parts on the outside and the mileage was pretty high. We said we'd let her know tomorrow if we'd like to get it.

After all our car viewing, we went to Safeway to grab some food and had a simple pizza for dinner.. Time for bed!
