Lanes Australia Trip
On Sunday we went out to Silverton, there we did many things. Like went to the old gaol (jail) where we saw lots of old stuff and prison cells and a tiny exercise yard where the prisoners could only see the sky. Then we looked at an art gallery, then a cafe for something to eat, I had apple pie, icecream and a strawberry milkshake. On the way to the next stop we saw some wild horses, donkeys, goats and emus. We drove to the lookout point at Mundi Mundi where you can see for up to 90 kms because the lands so flat. After that we went to another weir wall which holds the water for Broken Hill, it is 100 years old. After that we went to the Silverton grave yard which had graves over 150 years old, some are even children. Sad isn't it?
