Well it's wet season at the moment so the sexy yellow waterproof jackets are getting their use!

Whitehaven beach was our destination this morning and all I can say is wow!!! The sand feels like flour and the turquoise water is scattered with fish, sting rays and small reef sharks!

Our group has bonded really well and im kinda glad i didnt pick a boat which resembles an 18/30s booze cruise in ibiza, although I'm sure that would be more suitable for the two brummy guys! We heard stories of guys jumping in the water after frizbys as the boat was moving and girls falling unconscious on deck after 3 days of drinking games! It's always comical as you drive past another boat and see a number of moonies! We drove past the British defender and I waved at my two friends from magnetic island!

It was a 4 hour drive back to the harbour after lunch and soon after we put the sail up, the wind was blowing us round in circles so it had to come straight back down! Although the rain held off all morning, we were all sat out on deck in our yellow coats as a torrential downpour didn't let up all afternoon! Can't believe I managed this trip without throwing up and I am feeling pretty sorry for Ellie and Helena who booked the longer 2 night trip!!!

Gotta try and get everything dry now before heading out for our after sail party!

Omg, 3 hours off that bloody boat and I'm still swaying ha ha just got back to the room and I'm sharing with an Irish couple and a dutch guy called Vincent who's been telling me stories about drinking games with girls blowing up gloves through snorkels until they pop and guys licking vegimite out of bellybuttons! He was also kept awake 4 nights on the trot by people bringing girls back to his room! He passed out on fraser island and no one could find his pulse and woke up naked in a full room! I told him he deserved to be put on the party boat!
