Darwin was very hot yesterday. We mostly had a lazy day and then in the evening we went to the 'deckchair cinema' and saw Hugo. It was a lovely warm night and an almost full moon. Our accommodation is next to the chinese temple and during the day we watched the young chinese children practice dragon movements, acrobatics and drumming.

Today we drove out to Howard Springs. The area is under renovation so we couldn't swim but we went for a walk (photo) and saw lots of wildlife in the area, including lizards, butterflies, turtles and fish.

In the late afternoon we went to the Mindil Beach Sunset markets. There we had great food and bought a few pressure to take home.
