Home sweet Home!!
The boys fed the parrots at Goughs Bay this morning while Jeff and I cleaned up. We checked out Lake Eildon, which is looking as lovely as ever, grabbed a coffee at our favorite Mansfield cafe - "The Witches Brew", then headed home!

Can't resist commenting on this one - for some reason those Lava Tubes really stick in my memory - I think they had just imported some old railway carriages to rent out to overnight visitors when we visited - and yes it was expensive to stay there then - we visited during the day too,

We have great memories of visiting Mt Warning on the way to YM, when Dylan was a babe in arms. We climbed to see the dawn with Shorthouses and Wilkinsons. Give the place a hug from me. You too, of course!

Well it truely is and adventure the boys learning so much more than being in a class room....what will you do for and encore?? cold over here but it is winter - Grandee have sport this morning, netball, rugby and indoor basketball, and hockey.....that is a full on day for us....tradition has it that we stop off for hot pies and chocolate at Sue's house...take care of each other love Wanganui Cranes......

Hi Aussie Cranes.....well you are moving along...like the idea of our to dinner.....we just back from 2 weeks at Omori...have now sold tractor and boat....family all have their own and ours was not getting used.... brilliant weather the autumn trees in Turangi have awesome colours with no wind they are staying lovely for longer....good competition for Twizel! keep having adventures....love to you all Elaine and Russell.. Ps love your coral explorations....
