We woke up early this morning, feeling pretty ******, and managed to pack up our things and check out. We walked down the street to the metro, stopping for apples and snacks on the way, then caught a train to the bus station. We found our bus and checked our bags underneath before finding our seats right up the back. (Back seat toughies!) The first thing on my agenda (and to help stop the travel and hangover sicknesses) was sleep. I slept all the way through Hungary and most of Slovakia too, then decided to put a movie on. We had a break when we got to Brno, Czech Republic, and I went across to an Internet cafe to try print our travel document for our connecting bus in Prague. For some reason I couldn't log into my email on their computers, maybe because it was a 'strange location' so I couldn't get it to print out! Oh well. We jumped back on the bus when our break was up, and Darren and I shared a movie together, by pressing the play button at the same time to sync up our monitors! After a very long and boring 8ish hour bus trip we finally arrived in Prague! We got off, grabbed our bags and headed down to the metro. We bought tickets, and found our train, then as we were waiting for it, realized we didn't have the guitar!! Left it on the bus! So we went back up and had a quick slippery walk in our thongs in the rain to the sales desk for the student agency bus line, where we were told it was taken upstairs to their waiting room. We went over there, but the only bag they had was someone's duffel bag. They called up for us, and found the guitar still on the bus, so we were pointed in the direction of the bus parking and the lady was there with the guitar. Yay! We went back to the metro and jumped on a train out to another bus stop. Even after all that, we ended up being a little early, so we walked up the street and went into a little pizza shop to get some food. We ordered a pizza each and a drink, and even had time to eat a few slices there. It was so delicious, despite the instant-blister burn to the top of my mouth from a tomato on my first bite! We took the rest of the pizza with us and made our way back to the bus terminal and waited for the bus. It arrived and we got on and found our seats and settled in for the last part of today's journey, Prague to Cesky Krumlov. We shared a movie again, then had time got a few TV episodes before arriving. We had a very short walk around the corner to our hostel, where we went to check in, then realized reception closes at 9!!! We were an hour late! We walked up to a connecting restaurant though, and they checked us in, luckily!! We found our room, picked the last two empty beds in the room (no bunk beds! Wow!) and settled in for a bit of wifi time before going to sweet sweet sleep!
