Today we took the train out to Danube. we didnt really know what to expect. when we got there we discovered there was a huge ferris wheel and behind it was a fun park. We spent ages watching everyone on the rides as there was some pretty crazy ones. After lunch where we had a huge cordon bleu we wandered around the gardens. Today we headed into Vienna's centre. We looked around the sights and we saw the Hofburg Palace (an Imperial palace, the Habsburg family is a big deal in Vienna and they used to live in this palace!) in and around the palace were mainly museums. We wandered around the Naschmarkt markets - Saturday is the main day but today they had heaps of fruit , veges, olive and feta stalls. spent the last of Czech Crowns in the morning before leaving for Vienna. the drive was good as it wasnt on motorways so we saw some nice scenery. we arrived into Vienna at 4.30pm. then spent the night sussing what we were going to do over our two days and we also had our free drink at the bar.
