Thursday Again, spent the morning oober lazing about and finally began to really get into my book (Davinci Code- about time I was reading it!) Got some essentials done, ie laundry and hid from the on-coming rain, taking cover in the restuarant. That night we head out for dinner by the pier and had a delish Italian. There was a pretty wacky couple staying at Sai Thong and we could see them in a nearby restauarant having an oober tiff. The guy stormed away and then the girl tried to leave without paying, obviously getting her in a spot of bother. We're postive they were both on something! After dinner, we headed back to the bungalows. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, the boats weren't running, so we had to hire a rediculously priced 4 by 4 car to take us only half way, then we had to face walking back in the pitch black. Knowing that I am terrified of the dark, Darren kindly talked about funny stuff to take my mind off it. Was still a scary trek back though! Once back in our shack, something ever so nasty had struck my stomach and it was not best pleased. Spent the entire night going back and forth from the bathroom, chucking up my entire meal, and probably every meal prior to it as well. Not sure if it was food poisoning but it was most definately a nasty experience!
