So early this morning we drove across the Francoise Peron Peninsula to see the famous Monkey Mia dolphins. We were there to see all 3 of the feedings. Normally they would get some people from the crowd to help them but as there were baby dolphins there only the workers fed them. Must admit its one of the strangest things i've seen! Everyone stands on the beach right at the edge of the water and the dolphins come right in to the shore, u would think they would get stuck on the sand cause its so shallow! Its really bizarre the dophins kind of do these poses in the hope that they get more food, however the workers tell u not to look at them when they do this as its unnatural behaviour which they used to be rewarded for but r tryin to stop them from doing it now. They also only feed certain dolphins as they dont want the dophins to rely on humans for food and if one of the dolphins dies they only replace it in the program with a family member. It was pretty cool to see but strange at the same time!

So then we picked up this weird French guy and then headed over to Shell Beach which is a massive beach made up entirely of shells which is apparently 4 meters deep! Its a gorgous beach but was pretty windy and a tad cold, never mind! We then headed over to the geological mystery of the Stromatolites at Hamelin Pool. However because it was so windy as we were walking around the walk way we kept gettin soaked by the waves. Now these stromatolites are significant because the are apparently where life started as they produce oxygen, its weird lookin at them cause they just look like rocks under water.

We then headed on a prety long drive up to Coral Bay. As its my birthday tomorrow was pretty hypre and so we had some drinks on the bus on the way. So we check into the Ningaloo Club hostel where we will spend the next couple of nites. So we had some dinner and then preceeded to get drunk in their wee bar! We played/cheated at pool with some guys from the hostel and also played f**k the dealer which got us very drunk. Now this bar was so fantastic they actually sell goon by the glass and close at 11pm! So when we got chucked out of the hostel we carried on the drinkin down at the beach to celebrate my birthday! It was such a good nite and a great way to bring in my birthday. At 1 point me and Lotte went to the loos just off the beach and as we were comin back we found bike which wasnt tied up so we decided we take it. However we tried to put the 2 of us on the bike and apparently when u've been drinkin its really hard to balance on a bike, needless to say we gave up after a while! We did meet 4 Irish boys while we were doing this and they came and joined our wee party on the beach. We were all carryin on and at one point i even got chucked in the sea!! By the time i made it back to the hostel i was totally covered in sand but had a pretty awesome nite ;)
