Just to let you know that we could be set for tomorrow! Ken has gone to the hospital so doesn't know that the insurance company have sent 50% upfront with an assurance of the remainder on hisdischarge!However,the response form hospital administration is that they want the guarantee rewritten!!!!!

We are both very calm here and at least we know that the accommodation is now firm until we leave. Had hoped to leave and use our Quantos money to get to NZ but we are told fares are double at this time of year. We were thinking of moving to a posh apartment so that I had an oven for Christmas!!!! At least I brought with me the Christmas decorations that Irene gave to me so I will put them up! AND another volunteer arrives on Friday and has said he will bring our laptop so at least we can email all day from our room and send photos all for free!!

So meeting his nibs in our favourite restaurant shortly.
