Arrived in Bangkok on the 14th September. Coming through immigration was hell....especially with our hangovers. We had to queue for almost 2 hours with no water vending machines in sight... be prepared!! Got a cab to the Asia Hotel and asked the driver several times if we were in the right place.....the hotel was fabulous.....very swish. It's off season here at the moment and apparently we got it as part of an offer. Room fantastic, staff friendly and helpful but food was rubbish. Hotel has 17 floors with about 3 or 4 restaurants, a health club and 3 pools. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.
