The cattle station was so much fun! We went out on horses to muster the goats into pens. It took about 1hr 30 to get them all in but it was brilliant. My horse was very well behaved and I got stuck right in there. I was picked to go right into the pen on my horse and push the goats right to the end. That was great. I literally couldn't see the ground for goats. Once the goats were all in we did a pretend rodeo. I didn't do this because I felt sorry for the goats, but it was really good to watch. There were 3 people in a team. 1 had to catch the goat and drag it back to a point, 1 had to lift the goat up and place it down on its side and the third person had to pretend to brand to the goat (the poker wasn't hot). Tea was provided for us, I've never been so excited for meat, 2 veg and potatoes. Our room was a stable, with 6 beds in, very cosy!!
