SAT- drive to Pisa from CT and see tower. Eat @ Osteria San Paolo. Go to Antinori winery.

SUN - 1:00 lunch at Dario Cecchini's Officina Della Bistecca in Panzano
MON - drive to Siena and visit Fontodi, have lunch in Siena then go to Castello di Ama at 3
TUES (2) - Stay overnight in Bibbona @ La Locanda di Villa Toscana
Wineries: Le Macchiole, Ornellia and Argentiera
Eat @ La Pineta in Bibbona and San Guido Enoteca-Osteria
WED - eat at Zibibbo in Florence
Thur (4) - Parma @ Antica Corte Pallavicina Relais
Arrive by 4:00 for tour of farm and castle: culatello di zibello prosciutto
7:00 dinner at Antica Corte(chef Massimo Spigaroli)
