We arrived in Puerto princesa in the afternoon after getting 2 small flights from Boracay. The couple we met in Boracay come with us and plan to stay together till middle of March.
When we arrive to our hotel it was really nice it was set out like a forest.
That day we just chilled out at the hotel as they had a pool with swim up bar. That evening we all got a tricycle and headed in to town to have dinner , omg me and Monique ate so much, after dinner we had a few drink in a bar called tiki ( which mean willy and minny lol ) they had a live band which was quite good.
Whilst we are here we booked 3 tours.
The next day we had the underground river tour our pick up time was 6:30am. I was a bit ill in the morning ( bad belly lol ) the drive was about hour half when we arrive the tour guided checked us in, it was a long day as had to wait our turn for the boat, we had lunch first I only had rice as was still feeling ill.
When we got in the boat it took us to an island where the underground river was and got on another boat.
It was amazing in there, we had ear pieces that told us about it as we went though. There was so many bats. The river goes on for 22km but we only went 1.5km. Found by commander bates in the 1900s, we then headed back to are hotel and had dinner.
The next day was another early start 6:30am again we was going on the Honda bay tour which is an island hopping tour.
We got on a boat and headed to our first stop which was a little island where we done some snorkelling and also had a diving board which was so fun, the next island was where we had lunch, before we had lunch we walk down the beach it was breath taking it was amazing as you can see in are pics of me and Dave posing.
There was a monkey there it was so good, Dave was filming her and she jump at him he s*** his self it was so funny.
Are next stop was an adventure islands dave went on jetski he loved it, I didnt go with him as all I do is scream lol.
The all 4 of us went on banana boat it was pukka I loved it , we got thrown of 4 times and to get back on they had to pull you up it was so funny. We then got a cocktail and chilling out before we headed back.
That evening we had are last tour which was the fireflys, we got picked up at 6pm.
When we go there we got on a small boat we went 2 people at a time it was pitch black and in the tree the firefly light up, we also done star gazing and see Jupiter which was pretty cool. The tour guy was really funny.
The fly are only as big a a grain of rice and only live for 2 months.
We then had dinner but wasn't great and we was knackered from are long day. Where the firefly are there is prison but it is an open prison and they are free to roam that area, but was dark so we couldn't see.
The next morning we headed to el nido which is 5 hour drive. I can't wait to get there .
