Day 46 4th May 2007

Heading for Queenstown today. I cant wait, this is what I have been looking ofrward to. Adventure capital of the world! Went to the AJ hackett bungy office on the way and booked the Nevis Jump. Im so nervous, but its booked now so no turning back. We watched some of the other crew do the bridge jump and it was so funny to watch. When we got to queenstown we had our kiwi group photo as this is the end of the bus tour for us. It was sucha good photo I had to get to. The hostel we are staying in is really nice and we have booked a quad room. Nice to get into a propper single bed. Big night out tonight. Started in the bar downstairs and ended up in the world bar drinking out of teapots. Really good night out and nice for every to get together.

Day 47 5th May 2007

Nevis jump! All I have to say is O my god.... I was so nervous and sh*t scared when I woke up. We didnt need to be at the bungy office until 2 so I had all moring to worry.  Vicki seemed ok about it at the time. Once we got up there it was sohigh. Just have a look at the pictures.I kept thinking I have to jump out of this thing into the bloody cayon.  It went in weight order so  I was on of the last to jump wjich ment I had to watch everyone else first. It was my turn and my heart was pounding. I cant believe what I was just about to do. I got onn the ledge and couldnt  help but look down. A few bad words came out of my mouth and by the time I knew what was happening I was being counted down. 1,2,3..... I just jumped. It was like slow motion when I pushed outwards and the  I fell and screamed the whole way down. It felt like I was free falling forever and the water just looked like it was getting closer and closer. The i Felt the bungy tighten and I was headinf back up. I got half way back up and then felt weightlesness and I was falling again. When it was over I could believe what I had just done. It was unreal!!!!!!
