Day 40 28th April 2007

Moved to the south island today and heading for Nelson with our new bus group. It was such a long day, 7am start1 3 hour ferry crossing and then the long bus journey to Nelson! The weather has been so crap today, really cold and raining! On the way to Nelson we stoped off at a Boutique wine tasting place. Don't worry they only gave us a little wine. Was going to get a few bottles for presents but I couldnt carry them arround for the rest of the  trip so sorry guys....Nelson is ment to be the sunniest place in New Zealand and it still rained when we were there. How's our luck. The hostel was really nice. An old converted English pub.  One of the best I have stayed in so far. There is jack to do in Nelson so glad im leaving tomorrow....
