We just jumped out of a plane at 14,000 ft!

Got up today with a headache, needed some time to myself which is hard in a hostel full of people so got up and went for a walk on my own! Had a wonder round the town and went to an indoor market, then got myself some breakfast (eggs benedict, very nice!) and a coffee. Decided to do some walking today and check out some more of the beaches and swimming holes. Drove off road in Sams keep right to the very top of the national park to Emmagen Creek. Set off just after breakfast to drive up the coast to the rainforest in the very North of Queensland. Took us about 2.5 hours to reach The Daintree and cross the river on a little ferry, before driving through the actual rainforest to reach Cape Tribulation.
