Drove up to the Blue Mountains today along the Hawkesbury River, amazing views. Crossed the river on a little ferry and then stopped for lunch in a town called Windsor- hippy central!
Got to Katoomba around 3pm and saw the 3 sisters- absolutely incredible, sun was shining just right on them and not too many people about as it's the middle of winter and bloody freezing, had to buy a hoodie!!!
Walked down the giant stairway to the first of the sisters, planning another walk tomorrow!
Booked into a little antique hotel called Hotel Blue for the night, they have live jazz and cocktails so just getting ready for that now!
