We havnen't been having great success in the places we have been picking so
far. Nothing has gone wrong (apart from the fact that Ness has been told by
the malaysian HSBC that her card won't work in the whole of Malaysia when
she was told by the English HSBC that it definately would, worlds local bank
my arse). Unfortunately there hasn't been a great deal to do in the places
that we have been to recently. We have definately seen the real Malaysia in
these little towns that we have been going to, but now we feel we would like
to be in an enviroment that feels less like a ghost town (Ness decided to
sing the specials to Becky and Karli whilst walking through one particular
ghost like town).

We sat on the beach at tioman for another day, then went to a town called
Pekan and went for a walk, then today we made our way to Cherating where
there is meant to be a turtle sanctuary but there was nothing there so we
made our way back to where we started from (Kauntan) and now are at this
intertnet cafe. we hope to move on to taman negara tomorrow which is the
oldest rainforest in the world, approximately 130 million years old and
untouched by the ice ages or any volcanic or fault line behaviour.

Will let you all know how we get on and hope we don't get lost/eaten by a
tiger/eaten by giant spiders/monkeys or anything else along those lines.

Ps for everyone that was worried about Ness, she is no longer ill, she hada flu-ey thing that was cured with rest, sorry for panicing people. mwah karli x
