We had a lovely peaceful night here. We awoke refreshed and had a leisurely breakfast. We took some great photographs of the kangaroos who were asleep in the shade nearby. This was a day just to chill and enjoy this place with it's veritable concoction of wildlife. During the day we were visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and the amazing red and blue parrot birds. We even had the parrots and the kookaburras sitting on top of the camper van. Later on in the day we went for a walk to the beach. It was a beautiful beach in a lovely little bay. With the tide being out there were lots of rock pools to explore. Also the rocks were elevated at the shore and when the waves washed over them it created loads of waterfalls. We had a great time here. When we came back to the site we saw a huge goanna walk right next to us. We had our tea again in front of a roaring fire and to our absolute delight we were visited once again by the cute possum with the baby on it's back.
