We've spent the last few days in Rome, and we are exhausted! We have seen so much while we have been here....the Forum, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, the Crypt of Capuchin monks, and lots more! We took a night train from Munich to Venice, and arrived at 7 in the morning. Since accomodations are so expensive here (even in the crappiest of hostels) we decided not to spend the night and to make the most of one day! Nothing was open that early in the morning, so we just walked through the winding streets and canals to St. Mark's Square. The beautiful basilica, boats in the canal, and the sun just barely up made a great beginning to the day. It was gorge...
