Update to day 10 Ok so not a bad day after all walked around a bit had a siesta for two hours. When I went to go out I saw a notice for a medic. I asked and this guy looked at my leg and foot and strapped them both up. I have an infection in my leg so tomorrow it's either the chemist or the hospital. Tenth day So today it's none stop rain. I'm in Santo Domingo de Calzada. I didn't walk I have an ankle like a ballon. Took a bus. So no pictures today. I would really love this place but in the rain it's not so good to explore. Went to the cathedral when I got here as had to wait to check in to the hostel. Cathedral fabulous took pictures but on camera. Lots of coffee stops today I think and rest to mend my ankle. I think the weather will be bad for a few days. ...

Night day So today I walked only 17 or 18 k. Smashed the front of my I phone on a rock. Dam front and back. It's still working but very sorry for its self. My leg is really painful and now my ankle is swollen on the other leg. I'm in najera which is pretty bit of an industrial area to walk into but now here it's ok the hostel is on the river and I got a room with 3 others all a bit older so sleep should be ok. Eighth day Today was a disaster. I left my rucksack in viana and walked to logroño only to find out on the way the baggage transport had been and gone before I left my bag. I didn't want to stay in the city which on reflection was stupid as I had meet to great girls but I decided I wanted to go to the next village.
