Seventh day Today I walked from Los Arcos to viana which once again was beautiful. Another 18.7 miles done. Poppy's vine yards and although I have a problem with my left knee and leg was still ok. I said goodbye to my Spanish friends because the where walking a further 10 k today. I don't want to push it just yet. Sad to say goodbye but I may catch them later. Sixth day Today walking was great. Very easy day and got from estella to Los Arcos early not to many hills. I bought food for the journey and had a picnic just outside of town. The walk was beautiful once again. I seem to still meet my Spanish guys who are great but I walk alone always and meet people along the way. Fifth day Left Puerta la Reina this morning and arrived at around 6. I'm in Estella so another 22 today. Tough day hot but incredible scenery. I'm starving and off to eat with some Spanish guys. The town is so pretty but to tired to enjoy. Legs ache and shoulders in bits from carrying my pack so tomorrow I will send on. This is really hard. The weather today hot and I didn't eat breakfast lesson learnt. That's it folks. Julie. X

Fourth day Ok left Pamplona at 8 and arrived around 6 in Puerta la Reina. It was a great walk out until the weather changed near the top of the hill where it then rained and we all got covered in mud slipped and slid up and back down the hill. Third day Up The crack who forgot to turn off the work alarm. Sitting outside listening to the birds. I'm in zubiri. The pilgrims are already passing by. So today I took the bus to pamplona my legs really don't want to work. Pamplona is truly beautiful. Meeting some friends for dinner tonight. Chilling at the hostel.
