Road Trip....... So we had just over 48 hours to get from Koh Tao in Thailand to Tokyo in Japan. Sounds a nice, simple journey but it wasn't. We started off with a taxi from our hostel to the port to get on a high speed boat from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan followed by another boat to the Thai mainland.
