After having an awesome time surfing down in Torquay it was back to my favorite city in the world, Melbourne! We were staying in the Melbourne Metro YHA which is really nice as far as hostels go. ITS IANS BIRTHDAY! Woke up after the storm to find out that I had left the lights on the car all night! DOH! So we had absolutley no power whatsoever! We had to go out in the horizontal rain and the wind and try and flag down a car. Although we had water proofs on we were still getting drenched. We were soaked through after about 2 minutes.
